Kintsugi Way – Four.

Decisions.

We make so many every day. Then there are the BIG ones. The ones that feel like if we traverse down one fork in the road and discover it is not for us, all is lost.

After a call with a dear friend at one of these crossroads, involving a bold move of both career and geography with a young family I realised how almost all of these life-altering decisions have led to some of the most joyful, expansive experiences. Because they have all gone to plan and exactly as expected right?

Wrong.

But they have all without fail led to a new friendship, experience, connection or opportunity that has been the birthplace of something even better than I may have imagined. And if you don't believe me, perhaps lean on the wise words of Steve Jobs, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”

Consider this as your reminder to say YES. One thing is for sure, everything will work out perfectly - as long as you are open to what the next stage of perfect looks like for you.
