How does the Kintsugi Way process work?

We will work together in an interactive way to first identify the outcomes you would like to see and experience and build a program with clear goals so you can see and feel your progress along the way. This will require some heavy lifting from you, I am in your corner and will be your loudest cheerleader but you will be the change maker, not me. I just get to marvel as I watch you make it happen!


How long does it take to see and feel results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on your goals and level of commitment and openness to your process. 


Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.


Do you only see people in person?

Do you work with companies as well as individuals?

Yes! We are happy to work with companies or groups. See here how we structure the program currently, however, we can chat further if you have other ideas about how the process could work. Kintsugi Way is designed to be flexible and meet people (or groups) where they are.
