Kintsugi Way – Eight.

Ever notice how much time we spend in our heads—thinking, worrying, and spiraling through “what ifs”?

We’re all guilty of it. But what if we shifted our focus from checklists and deadlines to the way we truly want to feel?

This year, I changed my approach. Instead of setting goals around what I should do, I anchored them in how I want to be and feel. And for the first time ever, I hit every single one—before the year was out!

When we realign our goals with our values and emotions, we tap into something more powerful than any to-do list could ever give us. Achievements become richer, more purposeful, and deeply fulfilling.

See below the Three B’s format I used to structure my own goal setting and put meaning in the driver’s seat this new year. Let’s make sure in 2025 we move beyond “doing” and step into a space of authentic growth and connection.
