Kintsugi Way – One.

Hello Kintsugi Way tribe

Thank you for being part of a community of humans that believe our flaws and challenges make us even more fascinating and beautiful, just like a piece of traditional Japanese Kintsugi ceramic.

A huge highlight since recently starting this journey has been the positive impact the process has had on those I have had the honour to work with. In the future I will create events and workshops that will take this impact beyond 1:1. Until then, I will share the knowledge I have with you all on Insta and LinkedIn and here ☺️

Last week I was lucky enough to share some of the focus areas I work through when coaching on Kicpod with hosts and clients Laura and Steph. If you have not managed to catch it online, I wanted to share both episodes with you as they touch upon so many things we all relate to.

Enjoy and more like this coming soon!

Janey’s coaching has helped us in our confidence and leadership as individuals, and she recently helped us to faciliate the most challenging conversation we've ever had as friends. In the second part of this special three-part series, we bring Janey into the studio to share her wisdom.

How to stop taking things personally - with our coach Janey Martino

In the third part of our three-episode special about having difficult conversations, we invite our coach Janey Martino back into the studio to talk through making assumptions and not taking things personally.
