THE KINTSUGI WAY

Paying homage to the ancient Japanese philosophy, each person’s sequential journey is bespoke based upon their experiences to this point. Whether these be positive, challenging or some form of rock bottom, we will embrace and use these rich journeys to frame future action.

So often we learn and truly believe in what we have learnt. But that alone is not enough. We need to deeply understand, connect and adapt the way we see ourselves and the world through what we do. It is the transformation through our action that drives the impact.

The Kintsugi Way is an interpretation of this beautiful way of approaching physical items as a way to approach ourselves and each other.

THE KINTSUGI WAY PROCESS

The process begins with – you.

You will complete a short form which allows us to understand and connect on the focus and outcomes you would like to experience. 

Each session is framed around your outcome areas. After each session, we will exchange follow up plans and focuses for you before our next session. If this resonates, you get to work. If not, we adjust the plan until it does, and then you get to work on your Kintsugi journey.

The process is divided into four phases.

Phase 1: Discovery + Self Understanding

Phase 2: Learning + Accepting

Phase 3: Changing, Challenging + Growing

Phase 4: Transforming + Acting

Resilience is understanding the brokenness, accepting its beauty and being willing to do it all again, just differently.
